I joined the Shedding to Shine program because I needed support with my thoughts, habits and practices around and with food. I have done diets, exercised and felt like a failure when I have put the weight back on. I am learning, with the support of the program, to understand myself and love myself; to enjoy cooking and eating in a way that nurtures myself and my family. Deidre, Catherine & Kylie have eliminated years of confusion over ‘no fat, low fat, carbs vs protein’ etc etc and I feel in control .
